How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog while standing. Chest: measure around the widest part of the chest, behind the front legs. Back length: measure from the base of the neck to the start of the tail. Chest measurement matters most for a good fit. Between sizes? Choose the larger size. Please don't choose by weight alone.
Which colors are available?
PawShield comes in Lime Green and Sky Blue, both with black panels and reflective leg bands.
What does the suit cover?
The body and all four legs, including covered leg ends as shown in the product photos, plus a hood.
How do the hood and closure work?
The hood adjusts with drawstrings, and the suit closes with a front zip.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Weather and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
